I can’t let today go by without the biggest thank you to my beautiful Mum 🤍

After breaking her wrist she’s been out of action for a few weeks, but yesterday she was finally back in the shop doing her usual Saturday duties, pouring the Prosecco, making the tea, and still managing to keep everything running smoothly.

She absolutely loves being here, watching the brides find the dress, chatting with all the mums and grandmas, and just being part of the magic that happens in the boutique every weekend.

She retired years ago…but when I opened The White Dress I dragged her straight back out of retirement, and honestly, I’d be completely lost without her.

Still looking after me and the shop at 70, with the same kindness and care she’s always had.

I know this will probably make you cringe a little because the spotlight isn’t usually where you like to stand, but you deserve that spotlight in every way.

I’ve only had the pleasure of working alongside you for a short time, but in that time I’ve seen first-hand just how incredible you are. You built this business from the ground up with no background in the bridal industry, just passion, determination, and a genuine love for helping women feel their absolute best, and that shows in everything you do.

Every bride that walks through the doors at The White Dress Culcheth is met with warmth, kindness and the kind of care that can’t be taught, it just comes from who you are as a person.

You power through more than most people realise, and you do it all with that calm smile and steady strength.
You’re the definition of a strong, inspiring woman, and I feel lucky to work alongside you.
