New menu, same ethos. 🥗

Don’t panic, grazing is going nowhere, this is just another little string to my bow.

I’ve learned a lot this year whilst catering for corporate events, networking events, team meetings etc…not everyone likes to eat the grazing way. I know??? Who are these people? 🤣 of course I’m joking but no guest should be left behind.

So I’ve been thinking about this for a while.

I love being creative with food and I love the idea of creating a menu seasonally, and this is what these individual bowls will do.

Wow! July you were an absolute dream! My busiest month in 18 months. Very grateful and relieved that consistently showing up in the right rooms eventually pays off.

I get so excited when I’m chosen to be part of a couples wedding day.
We bond, we listen to each other and we want the same thing… happy, satisfied guests, 0 stress and beautiful, fresh food. Even the kids are happy without finding another vendor 💖

I love working with venues to ensure the day goes to plan, making sure there’s parking, lifts, workspace.

I don’t use props, everything is environmentally friendly, all the venue needs to do is recycle accordingly! No washing up and no need for me to collect anything the next day.

Wellness, career and co-working with food to tantalise the tastebuds, feed the heart and fuel the brain. Good for 20 guests, we decided on a large traditional Kit:ch box and a large Mediterranean kit:ch box… and then split those into meat and vegetarian friendly.

The venue, omg ‘chefs kiss’ top notch. Ministry of Work is spacious, full of history, honesty market shelf… right up my street…. Just didn’t get chance to take pictures.

Even an outdoor space to get some vitamin D.

So in a nut shell, hosting an event like this…I’m your lady.

A personal post!
In my spare time, I need structure. Otherwise I make very bad decisions.
After taking last year off from Triathlon to open the shop. This was the year to get back and I dragged Gary with me.

Yesterday was the Llandudno Triathlon. We signed up last November and chose to do the standard distance. Little did I know that meant we would be cycling around the Great Orme…. 4 effin times.

I’ve been in fear of it ever since. And yesterday we conquered it. Despite the brutal winds. And even finished it off with my second fasted 10k of the year.

I haven’t felt great this week, what I thought was allergies/sinitus/hayfever was actually a bit of a cold brewing. But I was getting to that start line no matter what.

And what I thought was going to be bad day, was actually incredibly good!

Thanks goes out to my coach for getting my fitness levels back up.
