Let’s talk about Friday!

We are thrilled to announce that we won the award for ‘Best Event by an Agency’ for the 'Sysco Supplier Event 2025, at the 'Conference & Events Awards'.

This Flagship event touches every part of our business from Design, Video & Creative through to Digital, Delegate Management, Event Management & Production.

We are incredibly proud of this great partnership, working closely with our client for many years, always pushing each other to make the event as engaging, innovative and immersive as possible.

Maverick Live has been an underdog story thus far; but on Friday it felt like we arrived on the big stage! (So you will have to forgive us if we fill your feed with this great news this week...).

Our final shortlist is ‘Most Engaging & Creative Event’

For Sysco GB, we threw out the traditional conference playbook entirely!

Traditional presentations were replaced with immersive experiences: a fully built café scenario with live actors, silent-headset content stations and hands-on logistics showcases.

An expanded supplier lunch and a new food engagement hall provided delegates with plenty of networking and discovery time.

A creative thread tied the whole day together, culminating in a finale where delegates fed into a bespoke Family Fortunes-style game show hosted by Vernon Kay that brought the room to life at the evening gala.

We are really looking forward to The Conference & Events Awards 2026 this Friday 26th June - fingers crossed! 🤞
