Winter Wedding Photoshoot
Roka Bella Rose Weddings at Brenscombe
Date: Sunday 16th November
Place: Roka Bella Rose Weddings at Brenscombe, Brenscombe Outdoor Centre, Studland Road, Corfe Castle, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 5JG
I’m ideally looking for Dorset suppliers, or suppliers that would be able to offer their services to our couples so that I can recommend you with our packages I’ve been writing. Our weddings are on Saturdays as the site is normally in use Monday-Friday.
I’ve now been given the opportunity to offer winter weddings at Brenscombe too. For the last 6 years I’ve only been able to offer summer weddings due to the site’s other commitments, but this has changed.
The winter wedding packages will run from November - February, but we offer weddings all year round, and in the warmer months we use the field too with our Tipis.
Winter Weddings will be a maximum of 50 guests in the day, with a maximum of an additional 70 guests in the evening.
The table arrangement will consist of:
4x oval tables that I made which seat 10 people and are 240cm long. I think they’re around 120cm wide at the widest point.
1x one side long table to seat 10 people as the top table
Welcome drinks, canapés, and music will be in the lower barn on our courtyard, the ceremony in our stone barn which we lovingly call ‘Disco Barn’, cocktail hour and music back in the lower barn whilst we change over the stone barn for dining, then the evening will be held across both barns, with a Little Hat Tipi and fairy lights dressing the courtyard. There will be s’mores around a fire pit, and ideally a VW camper Photo Booth or similar on the upper part of the courtyard. Just to give you a feel for it.

Linen
Crockery, cutlery, and glassware hire

Also if anyone would like to get dressed up to the nines in black tie attire to pose with canapés and prosecco that would also be great xx
