Yesterday I had the honour of officiating at the funeral of a beautiful lady who loved horses and dogs. Not only she did arrive at Parndon Wood Crematorium accompanied by Heritage Horse Drawn Carriage Masters, an amazing sight!, Her 4 dogs were present and perfectly behaved, and these 2 little beauties from Idylli Celebration Ponies were waiting to greet her. The sun shone for her and the team from Daniel Robinson & Sons managed the whole afternoon to perfection. Sleep tight gorgeous 💕

Being a Funeral Celebrant is wonderful but sometimes we walk a lonely path. Connecting with others who do what you do is such a tonic. And that is exactly what I am doing this weekend. (Thank you Ana Kelly Celebrant for allowing me to pinch your video)

Last year, whilst on holiday, I decided to write my first blog about my work as a Celebrant (late, late, late I know!) with the intention of uploading it when I got home. It seems that work/life may have taken over and I didn't post it but today I came across it whilst looking for something else 🙄 My life has taken a massively different turn since then which I may well share in future blogs but, anyway, if you've got a couple of minutes please click the link and the blog drop down and have a read.
