Supper club yesterday, a successful night, check out the menu that was simply yummy😋

Canapés
●Quail eggs staffed with prawn
●Smoked game sausage balls with parsley mayo
●Black squid croquettes
●Goat cheese, pine nuts, and honey tartlets
Starter
●Cream of mushroom,sweet potato, and roasted fennel
Main
● Salted cod with cornbread crust, wilted spinach, cream mash
Dessert
●Mini pumpkin "doughnuts", cream egg yolk, served with poched pineapple and passionfruit sorbet
