Hi folks,

I hope everyone is doing well.

I’m still receiving private messages regarding the children’s behaviour over the Scubs weekend. Although Isla and the security team did everything they could to manage the situation, I’ve made the decision that from next year there will be no ball games or bikes permitted anywhere on site during the festival weekend. Sorry, but this is now a rule.

I’m also sorry to say that any child found causing disruption, playing around people’s vans, in the toilet areas, or anywhere else on site in a way that’s unacceptable, will result in both the child and their parents being asked to leave. This decision will be made by the security team and will have my full support.

This festival started as a dream and has grown into an amazing weekend that so many people look forward to every year. I won’t allow our loyal customers to feel uncomfortable or have to worry about damage to their vehicles or property.

The festival was originally created as a music event aimed mainly at adults, and I want to make sure it remains an enjoyable, safe and welcoming weekend for everyone. I appreciate that the vast majority of children are well behaved, but unfortunately a small minority have meant these rules are now necessary.

Sorry everyone. Following a number of complaints regarding children riding bikes and scooters around the site, these will no longer be permitted on site next year due to health and safety reasons.

Ok so today ive had some massive news. A venue has been in touch for me to do a scubs 2 festival next year. This venue holds 2000 folks approx so im thinking scubs 2 could go ahead.

Hello folks, what a weekend we had it was the best one yet. We will be looking for some more new sponsorships for Scubs 2027 if anyone knows of any companies that would like to get involved please get them to drop us a message or send us details our promo team will get onto it.
Also what sort of acts would you like to see in 2027 and we will look around for best the uk have to offer. Already we have a couple of really good acts confirmed that have been wanting to join the festival over the last couple of yrs.
So planning starts for 2027 next week and early bird tickets will be on sale in September.

Please be aware that the Scubs Festival operates a strict no-drugs policy.

Anyone found taking drugs on site, or appearing to be under the influence of drugs, will be asked to leave the festival immediately. Where necessary, the police may also be notified.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment of all festival-goers, particularly the children and families attending the event.
