Ranger Jon went to visit the super smiley Oliver at home for his birthday party, playing games and coming face-to-face with Rocky the raptor! Rocky was a huge hit with the children and Oliver was a superb ranger assistant! Well done, Oliver!

Ned and I went to visit Stanley at his 4th birthday party, and my goodness, what a sweetie! Stanley trained baby Ned with ease, happily chatting away telling me everything he knew about dinosaurs! He was even kind enough to show me his own baby raptor.

Nedry was doing so well (as my youngest dinosaur) until it was time for tooth brushing. Ned has discovered that he really likes spitting out the toothpaste...over everyone!

Stanley, you can be my assistant ranger any time. Well done.

It's that special time again when Sandwell residents get to join in with one of my Mini Rangers sessions, completly free of charge, thanks to Sandwell Council's Changes team. These sessions are for children up to 4 years old and their siblings up to 8 years-old. They will be taking place on *Saturday 13th December.*

🤠 Session 1: 10.30 - 11.15

🤠 Session 2: 11.45 - 12.30

In these sessions, we will be meeting the herbivores for some fun dino interaction and baby dinosaur training, followed by a fun craft to take home.

Ranger Holly had a great time at Rafael's birthday party, where he met his chosen dino, Rocky. Though a little nervous at first, patience is often key. Luckily, Rocky is a well-mannered, well-trained raptor, and with Holly's guidance, he gave Rafael the time he needed to find his inner ranger within. He found his confidence and even helped brush Rocky's teeth!

"Thank you so much. The kids loved it! He was definitely a bit nervous, but he’s not stopped talking about it all day today, so he really loved it! Holly was really great with him too, encouraging and so patient it was brilliant!"

I often get asked whether I do home visits. The answer? Of course! You don't need to hire a space or have loads of party guests to have a roarsome time! Theo had his 5th birthday party at home with his nearest and dearest, and he chose to meet Dexter and Molly to add to the celebrations. Theo adored Molly and her gentle, shy personality. Dexter was a little more intimidating, but he soon found his confidence and tamed the Rex! A huge well done, Theo!

Happy Sunday, everyone!

To make you all aware, I am now fully booked until the end of the year. I am trying my best to squeeze in some last-minute enquiries, but it's becoming increasingly difficult. I'm up to 5 or 6 parties/meet and greets/events over the course of a weekend on most weekends.

It's still an absolute privilege to be so busy, and I wouldn't change a thing! I'm so grateful to everyone who has booked with me previously, or is planning to do so in future. I want to make sure every booking gets my full energy and best performance.

Have a restful evening! I know I will!

We had a wonderful time at Henry's joint dino/cars party. Rocky and Arlo came along to offer the children an interactive meet and greet. We were just one part of the party, but I think it's fair to say, my prehistoric pals drew in a crowd! 🤠🦖

Despite being a little nervous, Henry was so gentle and so engaged throughout, watching and listening intently. It was really interesting seeing his reactions to the herbivores and carnivores, and it was such a proud moment seeing him participate in some baby dinosaur training with Rocky the raptor, alongside his dad.

Some kind words from Henry's mum...

"Henry really loved the party. You really made the party great. Parents have said to me that their children were talking about your dinosaurs at home and telling them how to look after the dinosaurs! So many people commented on how good you were."

Arthur and Finlay celebrated their 4th birthdays with a dino party featuring Molly and Dexter. The boys did really well and found the courage to have a touch, a stroke, and even a photo with Dexter. They enjoyed the sensory props and loved getting mom and dad involved to help! An extra special shout out to Dad for embracing his inner Dr Alan Grant!

It's been a real challenge this past week after having an unexpected fall whilst out with the family. After being sent for an X-ray, I'm fortunate enough to have avoided plaster on this occasion (just), but I have a badly sprained ankle (swelling and discomfort a big hindrance), a gorgeous new accessory and at least one more trip to physio. I'm so grateful to my recent bookings for helping me out with some reasonable adjustments. I'm not as mobile as usual and it's a real frustration to say the least.

Thankfully, this week I'm on holiday with the family, and I am trying to rest (much easier said than done with an 8 and 3 year-old).

I've responded to most email enquiries, but I'll be seeing to all other admin once I'm home.

Enjoy the remainder of the summer holidays, wherever you may be.
