It's a bit damp out but, after years of promising to do a pop-event here, we are finally at Amwell Springs Brew Co. In Cholsey.

What a brilliant little venue!

We're catering for a corporate day (BBQ, Belgian waffles, then loaded fries this evening), but we will definitely be back for a public event this summer. 🍻

We're excited to announce that we have a new chef joining the crew, in a few weeks time!

David has a wealth of experience, in both corporate catering and street food, and will be a huge asset to the team.

Although he's already fully booked for July, and most of August, this means that we can now take on a lot more work for the rest of the 2025.

Although originally disappointed that our Belgian visitors were playing "You'll never walk alone" on their loud speakers, I've since been told that it was just a dig at Liverpool having one of those "famous nights at Anfield" last night.........and I'm fully supportive of that type of behaviour 🤣💙
