โœจ IMPORTANT BOOKING REMINDER โœจ

Just a little reminder regarding how our bookings work, especially as our diary is currently incredibly busy and weโ€™re receiving a huge number of enquiries every day. ๐Ÿค

Your booking is NOT confirmed or secured until your deposit has been paid.

When we send an invoice, it will include a payment deadline. If payment isnโ€™t received within that timeframe, the date/time remains available for other customers to book.

Unfortunately, we cannot hold dates without payment, even if you have told us you intend to book or will send the deposit shortly.

We regularly have multiple people enquiring for the same dates, and with the volume of messages we receive, we simply cannot contact every outstanding enquiry each time somebody else asks for their date. This is why our payment deadlines and booking policies are provided from the beginning.

We will always do our best to send a courtesy reminder where we can, but ultimately it is the customerโ€™s responsibility to ensure their deposit is paid within the timeframe given if they wish to secure their booking.

We absolutely hate disappointing anyone, so please, please donโ€™t assume youโ€™re booked in until your deposit has been paid and youโ€™ve received confirmation from us! ๐Ÿฉทโœจ

Weโ€™ve been working so hard behind the scenes to make this yearโ€™s visits even more magical, with new activities, special keepsakes, festive surprises and a range of different characters and dates to choose from! โœจ

Our Christmas visits sell out every single year, so bookings will be strictly first come, first served.

When bookings open at 9pm, simply pop us a message and weโ€™ll send our Christmas packages over to you. If youโ€™d then like to book, we would really appreciate it if you could send us:

Please note that exact time slots wonโ€™t be confirmed immediately upon booking. A small non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your visit.
