Operation: Ironroot is almost upon us…
This Saturday, armies will descend upon the Ironroot Expanse in a 12,000 point Warhammer 40,000 Narrative Mega Battle fought across TWO connected battlefields.
Ancient forests.

A forgotten Manufactorum.
A hidden STC fragment waiting to be claimed.
And only one alliance will leave victorious.

⚔️ 4 Players Per Alliance
⚔️ Two Linked Battlefields

We’re exploring an idea for this summer… and before we start preparing quests, painting minis, and writing adventures — we want to hear from you!

We’re considering running a Dungeons & Dragons Summer Camp at Dungeons & Donuts:

📅 Monday – Friday
⏰ 9:30am – 3:00pm

A full week of creativity, gaming, and adventure designed for young adventurers to learn new skills, make friends, and immerse themselves in the world of D&D.

Activities could include:
🎲 Character Creation Workshop
🎨 Miniature Painting
🧙 DM (Dungeon Master) Workshop
🐉 A full D&D Campaign across the week
⚔️ Team challenges, storytelling & roleplay

This would be designed to be welcoming for both complete beginners and experienced players.

We think it could be a fantastic way to build:

Want to get into competitive 40K but don’t have time for full-day tournaments? We’ve got something for you 👀

Starting this July, we’ll be launching our Warhammer 40,000 League — a relaxed competitive format designed to fit around real life whilst still giving you meaningful games and a chance to test yourself.

📅 League runs across July, August & September
🎯 3 Rounds over 3 Months
⚔️ 2000 Points

At the start of each month, pairings will be released and then players will have the entire month to arrange and play their game at a time that works for both players.
This makes it a fantastic way to:

🔥 Dip your toes into competitive play
👥 Meet and play against new opponents
🧠 Learn and improve without the pressure of an all-day event
⚔️ Experience the new edition in a more flexible format

📜 League Rules
• Using Warhammer 40,000 11th Edition rules
• Factions are locked for the duration of the league

⚔️ OPERATION: IRONROOT - MISSION BRIEFING ⚔️

Many of you have been asking how this epic narrative battle will play out, so here's an early intelligence report...

🌲 THE IRONROOT FOREST
Deep within the wilderness lie hidden data relays containing fragments of information about the location of an ancient STC vault.
The forces fighting here must secure intelligence, deny enemy reconnaissance and uncover the secrets hidden beneath the forest canopy.

🏭 THE MANUFACTORUM COMPLEX
While the battle rages in the forest, the main armies clash around a forgotten industrial facility.
Control power systems, secure strategic objectives and prepare for the final assault on the vault itself.

💀 TWO BATTLEFIELDS. ONE WAR.
The two battlefields are linked.
Success in the forest will provide advantages in the Manufactorum.
Control of the Manufactorum may unlock powerful strategic assets for your alliance.
Every objective captured could change the course of the war.

Whether you're bringing a finely tuned strike force or a thematic narrative army, every commander will have a part to play in the battle for Ironroot.

The day will begin with reconnaissance and territorial control before escalating into a desperate race to secure the ancient STC fragment hidden beneath Ironroot.

The final fate of the artifact will be decided on the battlefield.
