Maybe I haven’t completely hung my Real Meal Prep pinny up! These are my fruit and vegan platters for my lovely neighbour ready for her yoga retreat day tomorrow. We have:

🍃 Homemade green goddess spinach pesto with cashews
😋 Homemade beetroot hummus
🍅 Sundried tomatoes
🫒 Stuffed olives
🥜 Walnuts
😋 Sweet potato wrap
🥒 Vegan platter
🍌 Fruit platter (passion fruit was added after the pic 🤦🏼‍♀️)

Oh and on my last Monday of regular healthy meal preps, I had a visit from environmental health and received another 5⭐️ rating 💁🏼‍♀️

Real Meal Prep was set up during my maternity leave with my daughter. She’s 6 and just received a silver medal on the bars in her first external gymnastics comp. Unbelievably proud of Noelle and her gymnastics friends ❤️ Never seen hard work like it!

Todays meals are:

🍅 BBQ pulled pork with seasoned cous cous, homegrown spinach and plum tomatoes

🌽 Tuna mayo sweetcorn with new potatoes, homegrown spinach and plum tomatoes

It was cheesy chips for Noelle on the way home last night and an early night for us both in my bed watching a bit of the coronation concert. But Nico wanted to stay at the club with friends and family and turns out he went to an after party at the neighbours’ house and still asleep now at his mates! Shown up by my 9 year old 😂😂
