Wow, all slots gone in 50 minutes, so sorry if you missed out for your school this time, I'll be doing another in the Spring term.

It’s that time again, My Every Child Deserves A Seat At The Show day is back.
Every time I do this I get so many messages and updates, I need to take literally the first school that says "I definitely want that slot" if you message in real time I will tell you in real time what works but if someone else confirms they want that slot before I get a reply, I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE FIRST CONFIRMATION
Each term I donate 1 day to try and make sure as many children as possible get to see a live magic show before they reach double figures.
The date for this term, Winter Term 2025 will be Wednesday 26th November. the time slots available are below and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you'd like to reserve a slot for your school, check the "How It Works" info below & message me with details.
This has come about off the back of me realising that some schools can't afford to get a magician to come in as a reward for their students and in many areas, an entertainer to come to their children's parties is not something people can afford. I saw the incredible Mario the Maker Magician do a talk where he said "Every child deserves a seat at the theatre" and he's 100% right so hopefully through this initiative I can help make that happen.
How It Works
On each of the days I do this I want to be able to get around as many schools as possible so I have specifically tailored a 30 minute show where I can arrive, walk in with all the kit I need in one go, perform the show then get back out again and off to the next school ASAP. This unfortunately means all the schools taking part need to be within the West Yorkshire area (I learned last time that all areas of West Yorkshire aren’t 30 mins or less from each other so I may need to take that into account with proximity to already allocated slots). I'll only be able to bring 1 speaker in with me so I can cater for audiences of up to about 60 at a time. The times I can fit are below, assuming I'll have a max of 30 mins commute between schools. Time slots are available on a first to confirm gets it basis.
09:00 - 09:30: Towngate Primary Academy, Ossett
10:30 - 11:00: Dimplewell Infant School, Ossett
11:45 - 12:15: Horbury Primary Academy
13:30 - 14:00: St Andrew's Infant School, Brighose
15:00 - 15:30: Girnhill Infant School, Featherstone
I do this every term as a completely free day, if you take a slot I’d be grateful if you could share the fun your children had by posting something on any of my social media pages or Google business page as I love to see the comments. If your school has had me in before, I’m afraid I have to prioritise other schools that haven’t had the chance to take advantage of this yet.
PS. This is a great but very busy day so anything that helps logistically (ie. picking a slot either side of a nearby school or starting earlier than 09:00 or finishing later than 15:30) would be a massive help.

PPS. If your school has tons of money to spend but are just too tight to pay for an entertainer, please give priority to other schools that need the freebie more 😝
