I called some customers back earlier after I missed some calls on the work phone and after chatting with one lady she asked who she was speaking to. When I said 'Nadene' she said 'oooh i've got the owner!' We had a laugh about the numerous job roles I do, but it got me thinking since about all of the job roles I actually do. So I have listed them here, I am sure there are some I have missed if anyone else can think of any:

Receptionist - answering the phone, emails, messages, etc.

Marketing - Facebook, instagram, google & website updates.

Delivery driver and logistics

I thought my brain was like mush because im getting older now, but listing that has just made me realise actually how much I do on a daily basis!

Can you think of any that are missing because I am certain I can extend the list.

There is definitely 100% more to running a business than 'Just balloons' for sure.
