ice Catering was set up by Mark 10 years ago. After working in the hotel and hospitality industry for over 15 years, Mark felt it was time for him to put all of his experiences into action and go it alone… he has never looked back. Over the years, Mark has organised and run events for high profiled clients such as the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Queen’s Guards, the Bishop of Rochester and the England Cricket team, naming just a few. We would welcome the opportunity to deliver you the best service in the industry.

We have some exciting news!!! 😀 Over the past 3 months we have been working closely with Jonathan Docksey at Design JD to create a sub brand to Twice As Nice Catering to focus on the online market. “The Bakery” @ Twice As Nice will be an online shop where you can buy lovely homemade treats for yourself, friends or family. This will be a postal service so we will be able to reach out to the whole of the UK 😃

To begin with, we will be focusing on brownies, then moving onto cookies and mini loaf cakes.

We’re hoping to be ready to go live by mid June. So watch this space for more details.

I am delighted to announce that once restrictions are lifted, Twice as Nice Catering will be working in partnership with The Windmill in Hoo. We will be the nominated caterer for all of their future functions.

If you wasn’t aware The Windmill will be reopening as an events venue, offering great facilities and space for business meetings and private functions.
