ice Catering was set up by Mark 10 years ago. After working in the hotel and hospitality industry for over 15 years, Mark felt it was time for him to put all of his experiences into action and go it alone… he has never looked back. Over the years, Mark has organised and run events for high profiled clients such as the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Queen’s Guards, the Bishop of Rochester and the England Cricket team, naming just a few.
