✨ This is your invitation to join us tomorrow evening for two hours of deep rest and a gentle nervous system reset.

Through Yoga Nidra and the soothing sounds and vibrations of a sound bath, there is nothing you need to do — simply lie down, listen and allow yourself to rest.

Come with all your baggage… the busy mind, the full diary, the things you’ve been carrying that perhaps nobody else can see.

For two hours, you can put it all down. 💜

Let the words and sounds wash over you and allow yourself to simply be — leaving you feeling lighter, rested and a little more connected to yourself.
