Join breathwork facilitator Vaughan Dagnell and myself Thomas Hutchinson for and evening of 'Conscious Connected Breathwork' in our beautiful woodland space.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformative self-healing practice that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness, helping you to:

Access and explore emotions that may be blocked, stuck or dormant.

Better manage anxiety and stress.

Prevent burnout

Develop self-awareness, acceptance and compassion.

Enhance focus and mental clarity

Expect to be guided by voice and music and nourished from connecting with nature. This will be taking place inside our Mongolian yurt.

Afterwards we will provide some light snacks and nibbles with some time to hang out and share by the fire together.

The sunshine is here!!

What a tough winter it has been on the land here, storms, floods and falling trees we've had it all. As we begin to unfurl into the spring sun from our winter cave, we are getting excited for the seasons ahead of us.

We stand here with arms open welcoming all who feel the call for a place in nature. Whether it's an event, a ceremony, workshop or something personal, maybe we are the place for you.
