I organised my first ever wedding fair on Sunday… and wow, what an incredible day it was ✨🤍

I enjoyed every single moment and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my very first fair. A huge thank you to all of the amazing suppliers who trusted me and chose to showcase their businesses with me - it was so special seeing so many talented people come together to create beautiful inspiration for all the couples who attended.

To all the couples who came along, thank you so much for coming along to see us! We really hope the fair helped bring some ideas together for your wedding day and gave you lots of inspiration.

A very special thank you to Zoe for all the amazing social media content she created yesterday, and for helping me create brilliant content to advertise the fair too. If you’re looking for support with your social media and content creation, head her way… trust me!! 🙌

If you’re unsure what you’ve missed, feeling stuck, or just want reassurance that everything is coming together as it should, my The Wedding Power Hour is here to help.

In one focused hour, we’ll go through your plans, refine the details, and create a clear, calm path forward together.

You’ll leave with clarity, fresh ideas, and a sense of confidence knowing everything has been carefully reviewed.

We don’t just leave it there, you’ll also receive a detailed follow-up email summarising everything we discussed, including supplier recommendations, your refined timeline, and all key next steps so nothing is missed.

Then, as your wedding day gets closer, I’ll check in again with a second follow-up email around two weeks before your wedding, making sure everything still feels perfect and offering any last-minute support you may need. whether that’s small tweaks, reassurance, or final guidance.

And if you go on to book on-the-day coordination, your session will be deducted from your final balance.

We decided quite late in our wedding planning process that we wanted to book a day coordinator, and we were recommended to get in touch with Chloe. From the very first messages and phone call, Chloe was just so friendly, approachable, and positive. It was clear immediately that we could put our trust in her to make the day run smoothly. In the run up to the wedding Chloe was keeping in touch with all our suppliers making sure everything was ready to go, and worked closely with us to formulate a timeline for the day that would mean the day would run the way we had envisioned it. She was absolutely invaluable the day before the wedding helping us set up the marquee - quietly problem solving anything that arose but also just being such lovely company to have with us! The day itself was seamless - there were a couple of things that we spontaneously decided to shift or change the timings of on the day, and Chloe was completely flexible with this and ensured everything happened without any issues. We felt totally relaxed and able to soak up every minute of the day knowing that it was all in safe hands. Chloe also captured some beautiful photos and video clips of the venue which has been so lovely for us to see moments when we weren’t there and before the guests arrived with everything set up the way we had imagined for all the months of planning! Although booking Chloe was something of a last minute decision for us, it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made and we truly can’t thank you enough for all your care and hard work, Chloe! We could not recommend you highly enough - you are magical! - Edward & Francesca
