Cheese galore. Garlic wrapped, cheese making, cheese in a bath, cheese to be turned, sexy blue shoes, nettle wrapping, Kern maturing and the .yarg dairy shop grown out of lock down and flourishing with good dairy related things. A few of us from .deli and .cafe made the trip to the dairy last week for a bit of insight into the dedicated, well honed process that goes into making their delicious cheeses. Nettle covered Yarg, Garlic Yarg, Stithians (the least known but you should 100% buy and try if you don’t know it- there is a wonderful story around the original making) and the impressive, utterly delicious, if troublesome Kern. We all loved finding out more and meeting lots of their incredible team. Thank you Otto for inviting us and to all who looked after us.
