The Monthly quiz at the Duck Pett Bottom saw four new teams braving the challenging questions about balls and Mr Men!!!! Great to see so many new faces, however it was the the regulars “Up the Hill” that took the win with a fantastic 64 points, as all great winners do they donated their winnings to the charity, This month Pilgrims Hospices and another nice little bit raised for Cobbes Meadow Riding School for the Disabled. Great evening, hopefully see you all again next month.

July’s quiz at The White Horse was a close one, 3 points seperating the top three teams, “Blood, Sweat and Beer’s” started like a train getting the first 2 rounds 100%, but they slowly unravelled (nothing to do with the drinks) and “Distinctly Average” took full advantage. Thank you everyone who came along, a nice £60 raised for RNLI. See you all in August.

A beautiful evening where we nearly did the quiz outside at the Duck Pett Bottom, maybe next month….
We had a tie break!!!!!! With both “Up the Hill”and “All the gear no idea” getting an excellent 61 points at the top of the table. However with their poor Beatles knowledge “All the gear no idea” got the bonus point and took the win.
Thank you everyone who came along for a great evening, nice little amount raised for Cobbes Meadow Riding School for the Disabled as well.

The White Horse June’s quiz saw a first, a round where you can gamble and gain a few extra valuable points, and that’s what the winners “my favorite team” exactly did, with a fantastic 69 points they took the glory and as all great teams do, donated their winnings back to the charity NSPCC. Great to see some new teams, great to see some old one’s, actually it was great to see everyone, let’s do it all again in July.
