Wow what a busy 100th Quiz,

14 teams for Augusts quiz at The White Horse, great to see some new faces, great to see some old faces, basically it was a great night.

Nice little bit of money raised for ellenor, however there has to be winners and there has to be losers and with a fantastic score a new team on debut won, “The Kelly’s”.

100 Not Out!!!!

First of all thank you everyone who has attended one of my quizzes over the last few years. This was my 100th and for some reason people keep coming to them, so here’s to the next 100.

Over these 100 quizzes we have raised over £9000 for local charities, an impressive figure, I have asked over 8000 questions, there has been many correct answers but also a few wrong ones.

First quiz at Time & Tide Taphouse in Sandwich on Friday saw some fine quizzing between the five teams. Always good to meet new quizzers and this one went down to the wire with a tie breaker and by a whisker “The Hipsters” took the win and the cash prize. Nice little bit raised for the local Sandwich Rotary club. Hope to see you all again soon.

After the eclipse we had a quiz and it’s was a 3 horse race which resulted in a close finish with the Corn beef inspectors achieving a great score, nice amount raised for the pubs charity, great evening, see you all again soon
