🎉🎂 Happiest of birthdays to our very own Kiwi legend, Brett! 🎂🎉

We’ve known Brett since the Street Diner days (yep, that long ago 👀) and this year we were lucky enough to welcome him to our team! He mastered the art of paella and souvlaki faster than you can say “extra tzatziki please,” and before we knew it he was running the show like a pro. 🥘🥙💪

Brett’s a brilliant chef from New Zealand 🇳🇿 , a proper Mediterranean-at-heart (we see you, olive oil lover 👋), but also a Brighton boy at heart — fingers crossed this city finds a way to keep him here! 🤞💙

He’s the nicest Kiwi ever, official doggo whisperer 🐶 , giver of the best hugs 🤗 , and just an all-round top guy.

Happy birthday Brett — don’t party too hard, we need you back at the grill! 🔥😎
