Crocus Paella & Happy Go Souvlaki
for a busy summer of events 🍤🔥
📍 Based in Brighton, working across Sussex & London
Think weddings, festivals, markets & pop-ups

👉 This is a hands-on role where you'll be:
• Cooking & prepping food
• Serving customers
• Taking payments
• Setting up & packing down stalls
• Working as part of a fast-paced event team

👉 What we're looking for:
• Hospitality / catering experience
• Full driving licence (must be confident driving a van 🚐)
• Positive attitude & strong team player
• Available mainly weekends (long, busy but fun shifts)

📅 Part-time: May – September (with potential to continue)
💰 Hourly pay depending on experience + staff meals
