Big changes are coming to Acorns! To make sure you have all the time you need to smash your workouts, train in THE LOFT, and hit the gym on your own schedule, we are officially extending our opening hours starting next Monday 1st June 2026! 🚀🙌

🗓️ New Gym Opening Times:
Weekdays (Monday – Friday): 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sundays: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📅 NEW CLASS TIMETABLE RELEASE
Along with our new hours, next Monday (1st June), we will officially be dropping our brand-new class timetable!

We want to give everyone plenty of time to check out the new sessions and plan their week, so the new timetable will officially come into effect on Monday 8th June.
This gives you a full week to look through the schedule, pick your favourites, and get your bookings locked in early. 📲💪

"So Vince, hear me out..." - Says Spencer Grimwade (Operations Director) 🤝

If you see Medway Council Leader Vince Maple looking slightly overwhelmed, it’s just not because of the stunning new Garden Suite at Lordswood Leisure Centre... it’s because Spencer was also talking at 100mph about the future. 😅

We were proud to show off the completed Garden Suite, but Spencer immediately pivoted to the next goals for the Lordswood community:

- A state-of-the-art 3G pitch.
- Trendy new Padel courts.
- Making Lordswood the ultimate hub for local health and togetherness.

Fantastic to connect with local leadership who genuinely care about community development. Thanks for the visit, Vince - we promise the next tour will have 50% less pitching! (Maybe).

We are thrilled to officially unveil ‘The Loft’ - the brand-new Hyrox and Functional Fitness Suite at Acorns!

Named by our very own staff team, this premium upstairs zone is now fully open for all Acorns members. Whether you’re a seasoned Hyrox athlete or just looking to switch up your functional training, 'The Loft' is designed to help you Train at the Top.

What you need to know:
📍 New Entrance: Access to Acorns is now via our brand-new entrance during all opening hours, the existing reception entrance can be used during reception opening hours if you'd prefer.
⬆️ Find The Loft: Head through the new entrance and take the new staircase straight up.
🙌 Included: This new area is fully included in your existing Acorns membership plan!

The excitement doesn't stop there...
Starting 1st June, we are introducing extended opening hours and a brand-new fitness class timetable to make your membership even better.
