Beautiful ❤️✨

This is 'Blossoms of the Soul', a beautiful mural created by local artist Setareh Mo inside Stall 3 Hanley Market.

Setareh who had just finished college and is about to study architecture at University said "I wanted to do something after leaving college that people would be able to enjoy and completing it on my mums stall seemed the perfect location. Customers have been great and complimented the work. I have really enjoyed it and hope to work more with the market."

Hamideh, who is stall holder of Lydia Hair & Beauty and Setareh's mother said "I am so proud of Setareh, she has always been really good at art but I could never of imagined it would turn out this good. I am so happy."

claybody theatre has signed a new long-term lease to make Spode Works its permanent home for the next 15 years.

The renowned theatre company, which first moved onto the site in Autumn 2023, is now working with us to further develop the former Dipping House at the historic site ready for performances and productions later this year.

Councillor Finlay Gordon-McCusker, cabinet member for transport, infrastructure and regeneration, said: "This is a real statement of intent and is great news for the site, the town of Stoke and the city as a whole. Businesses like this really are the heart and soul of Spode's regeneration."
