Tri Yoga, the art and science of yogaflow® is the dynamic, meditative trinity of asana,
pranayama and mudra.

Prana-inspired and systematically introduced, Tri Yoga unites breath and mudra with
flowing and sustained postures. It has the inherent qualities of rhythmic pacing, relaxation-
in-action, wavelike spinal movements and economy of motion.

Each class is different from each other.

With regular visits:

• You will learn how to get rid of fatigue at the workplace during the working day.
• You will learn how to make your body more flexible and strong by taking care of it.
• You will learn how to strengthen your health with the help of breathing practices.
• You will learn how to get energized and keep it going throughout the day!
• You will learn how to recover from stress and find inner balance.

● Tuesday, from 6 pm to 7 pm for everyone

● Wednesday, from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm SENIORS (60+)
