And HEAD COACH ALI……

Friday nights will be better than all RIGHT!

The start up sessions at 6pm, the complete beginner needs to attend this 4 week course before moving on.

7-8 - is a concentrated session for the young adult and speed merchants.

8-10 - The classic senior sessions return with loud music, sizzling sausages and a mix of world class technical coaching with sequences, moves and promos on cards to make it our most well rounded night of the week!

Alistair Wakley will now have time to accommodate personal training for any level of Wrestler: we will have a booking system online, we can accept more than one wrestler per hour.

We hope you can join us, it’s always a fun, great and energetic atmosphere and we want to make our passion and your passion the best it can be!
