Emily and Lewis enjoyed a quintessential English country wedding this summertime on a gloriously hot day in June.
Their ceremony was beautifully romantic and took place in our walled garden, with a backdrop of the gently trickling fountain and the hum of bees on perennial flowers.

Early summer is a magical time to marry as the estate is in a flourish of floral activity. As the wisteria and lilac emerge and recede, clematis grace us with the first of their blooms and foxgloves stretch up high in a race to be the first to say good morning to the sun.

Private dining can be enjoyed the eve before your wedding on our outdoor heated terrace, allowing you to take in the estate and revel in the joy of longer days.

Lewis and Emily commissioned our Head Patisserie Chef to create a show stopping pavlova to be carried out into the barn for dessert and it was quite the spectacle, beautiful layers of flavours, texture and fruits from the estate. Our chef team is simply like no other, with a dining experience for your wedding to be remembered.

Two years since Harry and Annie celebrated their marriage here at Wootton Hall, transforming the botanical dining room into a garden of Eden. What joy to transport us back to that very moment, reminiscing over such artistry that took our breaths away.

Working with artists (referred to as suppliers within the industry but truly so much more than that) who bring dreamlike visions to life seems incomprehensibly too good to be true. Yet, here we are, a country house wedding venue in the heart of Lincolnshire, nestled in a quaint English village. An estate upon which we gather, host and delight guests from around the world, who join with us to witness the creation of such beauty in celebration of love.

It is a privilege and honour of ours, to bear witness to these moments of our beloved couples and something we will never tire of.

It’s been tennis fever on The Wootton Hall Estate this last week with the grand opening of our new lawn tennis court.

The old tennis lawn with the grand hall as backdrop has been transformed into its rightful purpose and there was truly no better week for the first ball to be served than the first week of Wimbledon.

Erin, Tom and their guests joined us for their nuptials, flying in from the US and Australia for an English country house wedding and what an incredible celebration it was.

The evening of their arrival on the estate saw us host a tennis tournament in the summer sunshine with strawberries and cream served in the interval with Pimm’s

Our botanical dining room is a space which is almost indescribable, it has to be experienced. Serene in its nature, with the ability to be both restful and spectacular simultaneously there simply is nothing quite like it.

Designed by it evokes memories of summer gardens, all year round. This space can be the perfect place to pose for portraits, or you may wish you host your welcome dinner here to impress your guests the moment they arrive.

In the cooler months this botanical inspired space can provide the backdrop to an elegant drinks reception, reminiscent of the walled garden form and tones.

Adorned with fine florals you may also marry here, an intimate ceremony in a room with windows stretching up to the ceiling, meeting the greenery of the estate beyond is the épitomé of a classic English country house wedding.

A sun drenched weekend of celebration for Charlotte and Danny with their guests enjoying all the estate has to offer.

Soft and airy draping in the Dairy barn created a romantic and intimate setting for dinner. Guests spilled out of the barn, into the courtyard and walled garden enjoying garden games and cocktails.

Our estate is not open to the public, this ensures that you maintain total privacy. The only people on the estate during the course of your wedding are your guests and our staff.

Floral installations on a large scale are impressive in any setting but when they are designed and crafted to this scale in a way that feels as though they have always been there, that they belong and are growing within and through a space it is a spectacle quite unlike any other.

Kim and her incredible team bring floral art to life for an experience that is immersive and impressive in equal measure. For Harry and Annie’s weekend of celebrations we saw the botanical dining room transformed into a magical and enchanting garden for the rehearsal dinner. For the ceremony Kim expertly weaved florals through the portico, spilling out from one of our original sash windows and adorning the hall in her very own floral gown for the day.

Breathtaking moments of splendeur and expressions of artistic vision are hallmarks of a Wootton Hall wedding which will be remembered and cherished for a lifetime.

May graced us with a soft, sun drenched day for Sarah and Anthony’s wedding. Their ceremony was enjoyed under the backdrop of the impressive Georgian Hall looking out over the golf course and fields beyond.

The wisteria adorning the south side of the hall was in full bloom, its frilly lilac droplets cascading down the walls and over the windows like a floral waterfall.

One of many spaces to marry at Wootton Hall - the grand ballroom is an enchanting room situated to the west of the hall, with impressive Georgian architectural features, it is steeped in history.

The huge marble fireplace was rescued from the London Blitz and now stands proudly in the centre of the room, complimented by intricate cornicing detail and accompanied by white wood floor and dramatic sash windows.

Bathed in natural light all day long with windows to three aspects, this room is a florist’s dream to dress and a photographer’s perfect room to photograph.
Designed by to the highest standard, natural heritage colours were chosen throughout the hall to create a tranquil escape with total privacy.

Our bridal wing is a tranquil and elegant space for you to unwind on the morning of your wedding.

With the entire west wing of the hall dedicated to you, you’ll enjoy complete privacy. The bridal wing features its own entrance hall and atrium, a luxurious private bathroom with a large shower and bathtub for soaking in while enjoying views of the kitchen gardens. There’s also a spacious separate dressing room for hair and makeup, and a vast dual-aspect bedroom with two sitting areas and views of the golf course on one side and the lawns on the other.

When we designed this space, we aimed to create a serene and calming environment, ensuring that you have everything you need on your special day. The dressing room for hair and makeup is strategically placed to keep clutter out of the way, allowing you and your bridal party to get ready without feeling rushed. This means you’ll have a beautiful, clear, and tidy room for photos and relaxation.

Your Wootton Hall wedding will be an unforgettable experience for both you and your guests.

Drapery in the barn is a sheer delight, creating intimate pockets in an impressive space, providing nooks to be discovered and moments of styling can reveal themselves little by little.

Immersing your guests in an experience of candlelight and textile art for dinner envelops them and welcomes them into a space where they can immediately relax and enjoy bespoke menus and cocktails to their hearts content.
