A lot of you will recognise our beautiful Alex, if you don’t you will most likely have spoken with her as you move through your own wedding journey at Wootton Hall.

Alex is our sales lead here on the estate and of all the venues she and Dan could have chosen for their own wedding, they chose here and we couldn’t have been more touched to host their friends and family for one of the most important days of their lives together for their wedding earlier this year.

We all wish you both all the happiness in the world and will revel in the memories of your incredible wedding weekend for many years to come.

Classic styling sprinkled with retro, musical nods and of course an acknowledgment of their joint special places in Cornwall as well as Hector the campervan joining celebrations made for an unforgettable day. Dan closed out the party by taking us all by storm on the drums with his talented band whilst guests danced the night away.

This summer feels as though it is racing by, a whirlwind of beautiful moments and genuinely magical memories made across the estate.

Rushika and Olly married in April and enjoyed an incredibly fun three days with their family and friends - their wedding design was sheer joy all round with wonderful creatives pulling off a unique and imaginative vision to perfection.

Where to start with these two wonderful human beings and their incredible weekend with us.

We have so much more to share - from a beautiful rehearsal dinner in the walled garden to their full wedding day, a hallmark of which was incredible musical performances and a day that was underpinned by a love story to last the ages, followed by another full day of celebrations with an Italian barbecue before saying farewell to their guests.

Our tennis lawn looked and felt glorious with a marquee in pride of place, the front of the hall was transformed into a floral masterpiece and the atrium inside was simply a wonderland.

A whirlwind of creativity, artistry and romance on the estate full of personal touches and something different.

Congratulations Gemma and Sonny, it was our absolute pleasure to host you and your families and to work alongside the team of creatives who brought to life this vision.

Our new Chef’s Table is officially open for bookings! We’ve had a wonderful soft launch period and have welcomed some passionate foodies to enjoy such a unique and impressive experience right in the heart of the estate.

With a dedicated and experienced garden team growing the freshest produce in the gardens, combined with our talented private chef, we have a dream team creating culinary delights just for you.

The original and historical kitchen in the hall has been transformed into an intimate and immersive chef’s table with a handmade wooden bench seating six - eight guests where you can see all the action whilst your food is cooked in front of you, with views over the kitchen garden where our produce is grown.

This exciting project brings to fruition our full circle ethos of estate to plate and has been highly recommended by our guests who have visited whilst we underwent our soft launch.

We are ecstatic to open this experience in the best season whilst our veg beds are bursting with produce.

Fin’s legendary Hugo Spritz’ made with estate elderflower is a guest’s favourite alongside our classic Margarita and Wootton Walled Garden (a lovely twist on an English Garden)

Autumn on the estate is simply glorious - the front of the hall turns a blazing red and the driveways are transformed into an amber carpet of crunchy leaves whilst fires roar inside.

Ellie and Mike’s vision for their weekend with us was fulfilled to the highest order, with beautifully naturalistic florals that perfectly captured the season and turned the morning room and atrium into an autumnal wonderland.
