The End of an Enchanted Chapter… 💫
After three unforgettable years… our journey with The Enchanted Grotto cos come to an end.
Three years of magic.
Three years of Christmas wishes.
Three years of seeing children believe.
The Enchanted Grotto has been so much more than a Christmas event. It became part of so many families’ festive traditions, and we will forever be grateful to everyone who walked through our doors.
So why is it ending?
The honest answer is… times have changed.
The cost of creating productions like this has continued to rise. Venue hire. Sets. Lighting. Props. Staffing. Every single year, the costs have grown.
At the same time, we know many families are having to think much more carefully about how they spend their money. As a small independent business, we’ve reached a point where a production of this scale is simply no longer sustainable.
We explored every option.
Could we make it smaller?
Could we strip it back?
But the truth is… it wouldn’t have been The Enchanted Grotto anymore.
After everything we’d created over the last three years, we knew any scaled-back version would always be compared to what came before.
And that’s not the standard we ever want to deliver.
If we create magic… we want to do it properly.
So, with incredibly heavy hearts, we’ve made the decision to close this chapter.
To every family who visited, every child who believed in the magic of The Enchanted Grotto, every member of our incredible cast and installation crew, and everyone who supported us along the way… thank you.
You made The Enchanted Grotto what it was, and I will forever be proud of everything we created together. ❤️
While it’s the end of one chapter, it’s certainly not the end of our Christmas magic.
We’re so excited to be returning for our second year of The Enchanted Cabin Tunbridge Wells at Royal Victoria Place Shopping Centre. Whilst it’s a different shorter experience, it has been created with the same passion, attention to detail and our signature Once Upon A Wish magic .
