Many of you ask about our packaging and the food safety from the cold chain perspective. We had a shipment hiccup this week, when the boxes were not picked up on the ready day, but the day after (they are on an overnight express service with DHL). We stored them in the van outdoors. This is how the products arrived over 48 hours from being packed! Best possible outcome! Our Woolcool boxes guarantee that on paper and now we really know. I love the little trials life throws at us :)

Lechona:
We are definitely a destination when it comes to Lechona! This Colombian style pork dish cooked sous vide and buried under delicious crackling, comes vacuum packed and ready to reheat in a biodegradable tray. We source local, high welfare pork.

Our handcrafted frozen meals are naturally gluten free, low in salt and fat, cooked without flavour enhancers or preservatives. Please ask for allergy information.

We use an overnight service with DHL Express and our products are dispatched in sustainable WoolCool packaging. The standard delivery price is £10.50, we do need to quote for bigger orders. The minimum order for delivery is £55.

Collection:
We are now based in Kent, Tunbridge Wells, TN2 3LQ. You are welcome to collect the products, with no minimum order.

Dates:
