Please take note of the following FAQ's and event information prior to joining us this weekend.
⛔️ Please DO NOT purchase tickets from people re-selling online. We have seen an increase in scammers popping up over the last week. Please only purchase through official outlets ⛔️
• Where can i purchase tickets on the day? = We have a very limited number of tickets remaining for all sessions this weekend. Please head over to our website as soon as possible to purchase tickets - www.oktoberfesttunbridgewells.co.uk
• Will i require ID to enter Oktoberfest? = Yes, please bring a passport or driving licence as a form of ID
• Are you able to upgrade to seating when we're at the event? = Yes, please speak to a member of staff at the entry gate to upgrade. If seated tickets sell out in advance, we will only re-sell tickets if people do not turn up.
• Can i use cash at the bar? = No, we operate a cashless bar
• Where about's in Dunorlan Park is the event being held? = To find our exact location, please follow this link or visit our website for more information - https://what3words.com/bath.shrimp.rift
• Do you have to be over 18 to attend Oktoberfest? = Yes, this event is for those aged 18+. You will be required to present a form of photography ID on entry.
• Do you have to arrive by a certain time? = Yes, each session has a last entry time. Evening session last entry times will be between 7:30pm - 8pm, Saturday day time session will be between 1:30pm - 2pm.
• Are pets allowed into the event? = No animals apart from guide dogs are allowed into site.
• Do VIP table guests need to arrive at the same time? = Yes all those that are occupying 1 VIP table need to arrive at the same time
• What footwear should i bring? = The ground is soft underfoot and muddy in places. While the ground is ok at the moment, we would recommend bringing shoes that you don't mind getting muddy!
• Is there parking at the event? = No, we have no parking at the event. Please use public transport or taxi's to get to Dunorlan Park.
