Owned By RJS CORNWALL LTD, The Old Dairy - Pydar Stores was opened in April 2013 after a few years of careful planning & development to convert the Old Dairy site into a store. After running a sister store in the Trelander estate, Truro, Judith & Roger decided to branch out and open another store nearby. Pydar Stores was originally opened under the Premier fascia group before changing to SPAR in A

ugust 2021. The Old Dairy - Pydar Stores offers services such as Hot Food daily, a FREE to use ATM in store, Paypoint, News and Mags, Alcohol, Tobacco and much more!. We are easily accessible, we have a car park for customers to use, and a disabled ramp and steps to enter the store.

On Friday 21st August 2026, Terry passed away peacefully after a long, courageous battle, aged 86 years. Devoted husband of Rosemary, loving dad of Judith, Dawn, Fiona and Rod and a much loved grandad and great grandad. We are very sad to hear that the Central BAR has announced it is closing.

Our staff nights out will not be the same 🙁
We have had some epic evenings out in town, and always ended up back there.

We would love to offer a new home to Truro Post Office, and registered our interest in July before the closing date.

I know that we are a little out of town but there is parking.
