Using traditionally reared produce from local farms including Dexter beef
Using wild, season

al, msc seafood
Fish from Cornish day boats
Using seasonal British produce to avoid food miles
Considering the re-use and/or recycling of the items we use for each event
Not using GM food items
Not using intensively farmed produce

Today, (I'm a supporter) are delivering a report to World Bank leaders demanding the end of financial support for intensive animal farming.

I really hope they listen and start the end of this abhorrent practice, causing the suffering of farm animals. Thanks for doing such great work.

Buy local. Know where your meat comes from. Support local farmers and butchers.
