“Here’s the platter that started everything! 13 years ago, I took a job sabbatical as I was unhappy. I spent time baking and cooking, which I love-and decided to take my lovely husband a ‘fun lunch’. I had requests from his co-workers for the next day, and with only £200 in the bank and help from the lovely Brian and Sharon Wick, who let me use their commercial kitchen, De Lunch was born.
