Big shot out to the

If you’ve never heard of The Wave Project, you should totally check them out. They help young people build confidence and calm through surfing and time in the ocean, and the work they do is genuinely beautiful.

Surfing is a big part of my own story. My first proper wave in New Zealand eons ago set off a chain of events that changed my whole life. It led me to the coast, to meeting my wife, to our boys and even to the business we run today.

I used to volunteer with The Wave Project and it’s always stayed close to my heart. Supporting them each year feels like giving back to the thing that shaped so much of who I am.

Huge love to everyone in this photo for showing up with such good energy for such a good cause.
