And finally... here they are for those of you that have been asking!
My Christmas Wreath workshop dates🌲

There are more details under 'workshops' on my website but as many of you who have attended before, they are always full of fun, chatter and very relaxed.

We'll create a large beautiful sustainable wreath on a reusable willow base , using lovely scented British foliage such as spruce, fir and eucalyptus. All finished off with sparkly bits like my own dried flowers,oranges,baubles, bells, and velvet ribbon👌🏻
We'll be listening to festive tunes to get you in the Christmassy mood, alongside sipping on a festive glass of something🥂and grazing on some treats!

They will all be held this year at Koselheart HQ in Goonhavern💚 £45pp

We are approaching the slow months....
The clocks go back (Who else still has to say the old rhyme...Spring forward , Fall back?)
The light changes and we all ease into a less frenetic time. Cosy jumpers, real fires and warming drinks.

Nature is doing the same...retreating, slowing down and using it's energy to rejuvenate again next Spring. But the beauty is still there even if you can't pick a flower fresh from the garden and smell it's scent.
The colour fades into something that is everlasting💚and still a thing of wonder...

'Tis the season of the Witch'....

No scary pumpkins here though. Always trying to up the aesthetic 🎃 💐!

If anyone would like one I'm taking them to market tomorrow or you can DM me privately💚 (they're £7.50 each or 3 for £20.00 and I've used lovely local pumpkins grown at )

I'm loving creating them because I can actually sit down😂

Seed sowers assemble!

NOW is the time to start off your hardy seeds and overwinter in a greenhouse, tunnel or cloche. They'll get a headstart and develop lovely strong roots ahead of planting out after the last frost.
Which here in my neck of the woods (North Cornwall) is around mid April 🌿...
But as we all know, the weather does it's own thing nowadays so who knows🤷‍♀️

Sweetpeas can be sown successionly, so from now all the way through to Feb/March to give you flowers for ages. Plant in deep pots so their root system has room to grow. I don't bother with soaking mine.. they go straight in, 3 to a pot. And when they've germinated and have a few sets of leaves, I pot them on and pinch
them out...I'll do a little video on that👍

Anyhow, get those seeds started now and you'll be so glad you did when you have armfuls of beautiful scented flowers in the house💚

Digitalis Purpurea 'Suttons Apricot' .co.uk
The most delicate of colour. The purple ones jar my eyes if I'm honest! But these are beautiful.

And if you look closely, she has two weeny visitors on her. When I actually stop and really look hard at everything, the plot is teeming with life.
There are birds everywhere (I'm sure the Robin that sits with me weeding is my Dad) and all sorts of bees and insects....rabbits (sorry Peter, but could you do one...at least until October😂)
I had a huge hawk sat on the fence today (watching for said Peter), just looking me up and down but couldn't get my camera out quick enough!

It's a joy to work in nature. And by not using pesticides....I'm sure it helps everything to balance and get along famously. Especially if you plant marigolds as a companion plant.
So chuck away the greenfly spray and stock up on vinegar, garlic and peppermint....oh and beer for those pesky slugs!

This is me...with my favourite flower...the humble sweetpea. Love her...love the smell, the colours, and the way she grows so tall towards the light. Just beautiful 😍
