What a fantastic celebration of TMS Judo club today reaching 40 years.
Great demonstration by all age groups and well attended by local dignatories. Very grateful for the invite and a fabulous buffet lunch!

Hope these two unsupervised youngsters enjoyed their lunch on Sunday between 13.55pm and 14.25pm. at the Community Centre.
They were not part of the hiring group who asked them to leave; we are not a café or the park.
Pity they couldn't pick up their rubbish and left it all on the seats!

We’re delighted to welcome back Root Yoga & Wellbeing by Tracey with her popular weekly Chair Yoga classes, starting again on Monday 15th September, 2–3pm.

Chair Yoga is a gentle and accessible way to build strength, improve flexibility and support wellbeing - all from the comfort of a chair. Perfect for anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming class.

We are excited to be welcoming the Cornwall Well-Being in Business Conference on Thursday 11th September 2025, 9.30am – 3.15pm in Chyvelah Hall

This one-day event is all about supporting Cornwall’s business community with honest conversations around well-being, resilience, and sustainable success.

There will be thought-provoking keynotes, panel discussions with local business leaders, a focused workshop, and a chance to connect with like-minded people and organisations.

This event is open to sole traders, small business owners, employers, and anyone keen to build a healthier workplace culture.
