🌸🦙 Cleo is a Llama Queen! 🦙🌼

I know, she has only just had her epic ‘Prince & Princess’ themed party with her brother, but with Omicron threatening the fate of that January event, I had planned ‘subtle’ (😅😬) at-home set-ups for both my children’s actual birthdays, so they still felt special, if the big party didn’t go ahead.

Thankfully it did, but of course, Cleo had to have the same as her brother had back in December (remember the Titan the Robot themed set-up?), and here is the finished article! 🌸

Cleo has always loved cuddling her pink fluffy llama toy (see if you can spot it), so a pink llama meets 70s flower power theme was the natural choice as she turned 3! 😆

Then I found this huge, electric ride-on llama online about 6 months ago and knew it would form part of the set-up, as well as being her main present. In fact it inspired the whole aesthetic! I created a custom illustration of the llama and applied it to pretty much everything! 😍

💙 BLUEY! 💙

What an absolute delight getting this awesome theme to work our magic on for little Beau who turned 5 on New Year’s Eve!

Mum Becky was the lucky winner of the joint Instagram & Facebook Giveaway between The Event Brander & Oakus Pokus and she won our deluxe party frame set up - a 2mx2m white frame adorned with custom themed balloon Garland and number stack and custom event design and branding with a suspended backdrop and coordinating ribbon.

Katherine and I love all the extra special touches that make an event pop, so we even created some matching real life and illustrated balloons, for total synergy! 😍

The Bluey-mad family were over the moon and little Beau’s beaming smile says it all. 🥰 (How cute is she playing with her new Bluey playhouse in front of her set up!) Thanks mum for sharing the fab pics of the Birthday girl.

The brief was: “Bluey, but girly” and I think we delivered! 💪🏼💥

✨ 2021 RECAP ✨

Wow - what a year it has been! I only started this little business in February after Lockdown sent me loopy and I turned my kitchen into the set of Moana as my baby daughter turned 2! 😅🌸

Since then I’ve had the pleasure of designing and branding so many parties, backdrops, signs and goodies for some awesome people.

Putting joy on people’s faces (especially little ones) in these strange times is what this business is all about, so it’s super special to sit back and smell the roses 🌹 for the first time and see all the happiness I’ve helped to create.

Most of the branding here has been created in the hours after midnight as I’ve juggled this start-up alongside being a mum to 2 small kids, as well as my main job as a Caricaturist (Cornwall Caricatures), so this is the first time I’ve actually taken a step back and given myself a pat on the back for what I’ve achieved.

Not for too long though! 😅 I don’t do the ‘sitting still’ thing too well. I’m already planning the first events of 2022 which looks set to be a bumper year. I can’t wait for all the unique themes, OTT and extra celebrations and bespoke requests to come. Throw your ideas my way, I’m ready! 💪🏼

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their event branding this year - you put your faith in a new company and it means so much! 💕

Another massive thanks to all the companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with to deliver some spectacular set-ups. Thanks for choosing me and believing in me to visualise your theme and give your event that extra special touch. Collaboration is what this industry is all about, so thank you to those who respected me and welcomed me with open arms - you know who you are! I can’t wait to continue these fab working relationships and create more in the new year.
