Karen from Posies and Pots and I have teamed up to create Balance & Bloom – a half-day wellness experience blending mindful movement, creativity, and nourishing food in a beautiful coastal setting.

This lovely wee day is designed to help you slow down, recharge, reconnect, and enjoy a little time for yourself here by the coast.

Set within the stunning surroundings of Marine Troon, the day includes an uplifting movement & yoga session, a seasonal floral styling workshop, and a delicious lunch at The Marine 😋

Posies and Pots is 10 years old!

We are 10 and to celebrate this maaaahoooosive milestone, I'm taking the day off, hurrah!!! However there is a twist.

I'm taking the day off and it's over to YOU to create your own bouquet.

In store we will have a selection of foliage, filler and florals for you to select and make your very own hand tied design 🥰🥰🥰 Don't fear as I will be there for any questions and guidance along the way.

Each item is individually priced and the budget is entirely up to you!!! Then wrap and gift to yourself or a loved one. All whilst I sit back and celebrate 10 wonderful years. 🥳🎉 Here's to the next 10.
