Remember we’ll have Feast Troon providing food all day tomorrow at Ayrshire Games Expo.

If you’re arriving early, why not grab a breakfast roll and a coffee? Or if you’re staying for the day then you can also enjoy a burger, hotdog or baked potato.

Travelling to Ayrshire Games Expo? 🚗

We have put together a handy list of travel options so you can find the easiest way to get to us on Saturday. You can also find a map on our website (link in comments) which details some of the travel options and the closest car parks available to the venue.

We expect to be very busy on Saturday and recommend you use public transport as much as possible. It helps the environment too so it’s a no brainer really!

By car:
You can easily get to us car and use one of the car parks next to the venue although we expect these to be very busy. There are a few other car parks in the town within a short walking distance which may have more space.

By bus:
There are two bus stops directly outside the venue. These have regular services to and from nearby towns, including Kilmarnock, Ayr and Irvine.

By train:
Troon train station is less than 10 minutes walk from the venue. There are regular half hourly services in both directions from Glasgow and Ayr.

By boat:
We’re right on the promenade so feel free to park your boat on the beach.

Plan your day at Ayrshire Games Expo

We’ve put together a handy floor plan to help you get around on Saturday.

The event is split across two rooms, the Walker Hall and the Seaview Gaming Lounge.

The Walker Hall is where you will find the game library, exhibitors selling goodies, game designers and demos and tasty food. Visit the information/game library tables to enter our raffle too!

Head upstairs to our gaming lounge with stunning views over the water. This is the perfect dedicated space to play games.

Our event team will be at the entrance to scan tickets welcome you to the first Ayrshire Games Expo. We can’t wait to see you there!

Ayrshire Games Expo is SOLD OUT! 🚨

Thank you to everyone who has purchased tickets online for our event on Saturday. Your overwhelming support has sold out the event!

If you were unable to secure tickets, online or by getting in touch, we unfortunately cannot guarentee your entry to the event. We have a set number of tables available for gaming and want to ensure that everyone has the chance to sit down and play.

We expect the venue to be busy and if you do intend on visiting us without a ticket, we can only suggest that you come later in the day.

With this in mind, here are your event times:

9.30am - Early Entry Tivkets

10am - General Admission

11am - Tickets on the door if space is available

4pm - Raffle drawn

6pm - Event ends

It’s a sign…one week to go! 😍

It’s only a week until the first Ayrshire Games Expo and we put a big banner outside the venue so you can find us.

Come and play board games at the beach all day. The Walker Hall has lots of room for gaming and we have a dedicated gaming lounge overlooking the sea!

Keep an eye here over the coming days as we’ll be sharing the floor plan and recapping everything you can expect on the day.

Final vendor announcement! 🛍️

With Ayrshire Games Expo almost upon us, we have one more vendor announcement.

We will be joined by Four Score Gaming, a fantastic woodworker who creates hand crafted accessories.

Upgrade your tabletop gaming experience with a wooden dice tray or miniatures case. Why buy mass produced when you can be the talk of the table with your one of a kind accessories.

Four Score will also have a paint and take table. Pop along to paint some miniatures to take away with you and kickstart your hobby.

Board Game Goodies Up For Grabs! 🎟️

We’ll be doing a big raffle at the Ayrshire Games Expo so you can get your hands on some of the best modern games or cool accessories.

If you have paid for an event ticket, you’ll get an automstic entry to the raffle. You can also purchase additional entries for £5 each to increase your chance of winning one of the 10 prizes we have on offer.

The prizes (pictured) include amazing games like Magical Athlete and Wingspan as well as a mystery dice set or a sweet dice tray. We’ve tried to cover a range of interests when it comes to tabletop gaming so be sure to check it out on the day.
