I've had a week of paperwork to do last week so it was lovely to start pricking out some seedlings for next year today as well as admiring this butterfly.
I love September- the changing colours and cooler days. I still have some flowers (mainly Dahlias, Cosmos and Zinnias) growing strong, however it is time to pull up a few beds too.

Nice to get some biennials in the ground today! I've added quite a lot of organic matter to help with the drought but it was like digging in a sandpit! Anyhow some plants are in and well watered.
