Calling all owners trainers and drivers who are attending The VDM Weekend;

Please note;

Security for this event is being dealt with by a third party

The Stable area is for licensed people only who have a prepaid wrist band for the stable area.

If you are a licensed person you must call 01745 345123 and pre pay for your wrist band for the licenced area giving your full name and the name of the horse that you are connected to.

No admittance will be given to anybody who doesn't have the correct wrist band on to enter the stables.

There will be no exceptions to this.

Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for your admittance to the stable area.

Please note if you require stables for The VDM Weekend then you must phone up book and pay by 12pm on Friday after this there will be no option to book them and there will be no more available. Please understand that we are renting the stables in and have to give final numbers by Friday afternoon so anyone not booked and paid by 12pm on Friday will not have stabling at the track.

VDM Slot Race is for horses with one lifetime win Horses with more than one lifetime Win will not be able to run. For this reason the declarations for THIS RACE ONLY will now be extended until 8pm on Sunday 3rd August and horses are to be declared directly with Eric Witherspoon.
