Neapolitan style Pizza Dough for sale!
With only a few days notice we are able to sell you the exact dough that we use as part of our business. We make the dough using Flour imported directly from Naples in Italy blended with a small percentage of UK Wholemeal Flour. (90% Italian ‘00’ Flour and 10% Wholemeal).

Let us do the hard work for you! If you’ve got your own Pizza Oven at home or just want to make a really nice Pizza in your own home kitchen oven this dough is ideal. If not used straight away it can be frozen and used in the future.

Each dough ball is sold in a sealed food bag.

£1.50 per dough ball
280g dough ball weight.
This will make a large size pizza of around 10” diameter.

Pop-up Pizzeria for Neapolitan-style Pizza!
Sunday 25th January 2025 (12:30-2pm).
Colbury Scout Hall. SO40 7EL

This is the second Pizza Event at this venue after the Pizza Making Workshop (See previous Posts). We have the Hall until 2pm as the mega-talented Crafting Duo of Rachel and Tracy have the Hall booked for their Macrame Owl and Pizza Workshop. Tea & Threads

Pop-up Pizzeria now finalised as a pre-order and collection only Event. This is the way we can make it work…!

4x Pizzas per 10 minute time slot

Eat in or takeaway options. Treat yourself to a great Sunday lunch or takeaway to warm up later in the day (we can advise on how to do this for best results!). All Pizzas will be made using our own fresh Dough. Our goal is to provide you with a really enjoyable product that you can’t easily buy nearby - especially not on a Pop-up basis…! Cash or card payment options are possible.

The venue is located directly off a main road and has a large car park. The venue is also next to a National Cycle Path if you’re feeling energetic as well…?!

Pop-up Neapolitan Pizzeria…!

From 12:30pm onwards until 2pm we plan to offer a Pop-up Pizzeria at the venue. £8 Classic Type Pizzas and £10 Specials will be offered. Menus to follow closer to the time. There will be seating at the venue if you’d like to eat straight away or the Pizza can of course be boxed to take home. Treat yourself to a great Sunday lunch!

Limited fresh dough will be available… We’re happy to cook as many as we can in the time we have! Prior expressions of interest would really help us to gauge demand (Please DM if you think you’d like to pop by?) Thank you. Cash or card payment options possible.

Rain stops play (again!) special pizza event…!

Bad weather has meant the cancellation of a local event tomorrow on Saturday 4th October. We’ve now got some products to sell - some exciting options for you!

Due to the cancellation of a Cricket event that we were going to cater at tomorrow on Friday 12th September we’ve now got some products to sell - some exciting options for you…!

5 x Cooked Panuozzo Pizza Sandwich Breads = £5

(Already sliced open for you and ready to fill and warm in your oven. Can also be frozen for future use if you wrap in clingfilm - not widely available in the UK - grab yourself something special…!)

All you need to do is to warm the pizzas up in your home oven. Best results achieved if you place directly on wire oven shelves. 10-12 minutes at 200c approx… Can also be frozen for future use if you wrap in clingfilm.

All orders need to be placed by 12 midday on Friday 12th September. We will deliver directly to your door if you live in Totton or Ashurst. Or collect from us in Rushington, Totton.
