What are you afraid of?
Being rejected? Bring it on. Rejection is part of life.
Being laughed at? Let them laugh. They’re the ones sitting on their hands.
If nobody ever did the crazy thing, there would be no extraordinary love stories to write about or make into screenplays, life would be dull.
I heard a palliative care nurse say recently that one of our greatest regrets in love is the things we left unsaid.
Nothing great comes from doing nothing.
Don’t mistake fear for restraint, or silence for virtue.
Express yourself. Be true to yourself and to the people who cross your path. And above all, love with everything you have.
Do that crazy thing.
I’d hedge my bets that Kat and her husband took a little risk somewhere along the way and did a little crazy thing. And without that courage, this beautiful photograph might never have existed.
