🙂 🔊 Rave New World Live is coming to the Plough
November 20th 7:30pm

Do you remember the nights when the music was everything, when the crowd was your family and the base pulsed through your chest? If you know.. you know..

The rave scene of the 80's and 90's was an epoch of music, fashion but mostly attitude and freedom of expression. Relish and relive the era with Kirk Field, rave raconteur, roving reporter of the dance scene, in his live show Rave New World.

It is an evening of anecdotes and story-telling, social commentary, nostalgia, big screen visuals, and maybe a strobe or two. A marvellous mutation of pure genre-bending entertainment at its absolute best!

With the sharp wit and insight of Kirk Field and Ru Callender, the show delves into meaning, memory, rebellion.

This week's Plough's Autumn workshop series features a special workshop lead by Artist and Illustrator Emma Johnson.

Come and make a delighful Hand Made Sketchbook and adorn it through a playful explorative process using Ink - Inky Play!

Illustrator Emma Johnson, founder of SKETCHWALKS, will welcome you with all you need to create your own soulful and unique sketchbook, sharing inspiring ways to guide you through a playful process of expression through experimentation with inks.
