As things grew, it became clear that not everything should live under one name.

Different food ideas need different identities to be done properly.

Trying to make one brand say everything usually means it says nothing well.

So we stepped back, refined the thinking and split things properly.

The Food Shed no longer represents a single menu or concept.

It now exists to build, test, and grow focused food brands each with its own purpose.

This change wasn't about trends. It was about doing things right.

That summer was about graft, repetition, and taking The Food Shed to places it hadn't been before.
