Join me in the beautiful stretch tent on the roof of Polhawn Fort next Tuesday to explore a slow individual Labyrinth Walk. Labyrinth walking is a form of active, moving meditation that reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, and calms the nervous system.
If you visit the large Kerdroya labyrinth, you walk with other people.
My offering is for a contemplative individual slow walk, with no pressure. L&N’s day brought bold red blooms, sea air and sunshine together in the most beautiful way - a celebration filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Set against the Cornish coastline, they said “I do” beneath open skies, surrounded by vibrant florals and the sound of the waves below. Confetti filled the air as guests gathered outdoors to celebrate before the day flowed into an evening of dancing and joy.
