AGE UK - at The Causeway Hall

Come along to the Age UK friendly, sociable group, where we enjoy a cup of tea and a biscuit before some chair based exercises. The exercises are aimed to improve strength, mobility and balance.
£3 per couple and £2.50 per individual.

Enjoy an hour of exercise in a fun and friendly environment.

Every other Monday. 3rd March 2025 at 10.30am.
