TERMS AND CONDITIONS -
The owners and drivers of the exhibition or entry must be covered by 3rd party insurance policy.
The owner must insure drivers are full competent, have a valid appropriate license and be qualified to drive the exhibit.
NO exhibit must be left with the engine running unattended and if unattended MUST be securely braked and ignition keys removed.
A MAXIMUM speed of 5mph shall apply to all moving vehicles any exhibit exceeding this apeed will be asked to leave.
Owners are responsible for their own personal effects of which the show organisers will not take any responsibility.
We only have 1 entry/exit point onto the show field so please be mindful of spectators especially children.
Health and safety is mainly common sense and the organisers wish you a happy and joyful event.
THE DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The organisers of Witheridge charity car show and the sports field committee excepts no responsibility for any personal injury or for any damage, to or loss of vehicle entries or personal effects, or loss of income incurred by exhibtors or there guests or employees of a result of attendance.

🚗 This years witheridge motor show will be on sunday 24th August, 11 til 4, booking details and everything thats going on to follow. This year we will be raising funds for Royal Devon Hospitals Charity 🚙

So...... After counting and counting and counting! 😁 the total amount raised was £1335!❤️ split between three amazing charities, ANDYSMANCLUB/HOSPICECARE & Royal Devon Hospitals Charity! (over & above)

We would like to thank:

Paul Rich for organising the field

Wayne Griffiths for the insurance

Witheridge Sports Club for use of the premises and assistance.

All stall holders/car booters food suppliers, and our volunteer tea makers.

(Apologies for the stalls and activities that didn't attend)

Fatman Snaps for the photography

And a big thank you to Pat Street and Sarah Bragg for a big delicious bake last minute after being let down.

And off course everyone that attended and to everyone who shown their cars 🚗 and helped raise the money! ❤️

General admission 11am till 4pm

For car enthusiasts come and show off your pride and joy any car make or model or age welcome.
Refreshments available from the sports club bar.

There will also be a draw to help towards the final donations.
